WHO IS THE
HOT ROCKET?
With thirty years of experience working in Michelin-starred restaurants and deluxe hotels, in eight different European countries, Andrew Taylor started Brunch Box in 2020, serving delicious breakfasts and coffee to hungry truckers.
A far cry from the usual greasy caf grub, produce was sourced and supplied from local farms and independent producers. In 2023 the gears changed, and Hot Rocket was born!
Using the same ethos for fresh, local, and seriously-tasty food, Andrew now serves a range of restaurant-quality meals, including breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, and craft options for TV and film crews – plus weddings, and private hire.
