Ingredients are at the heart of Hot Rocket, and we’re passionate about always using the very best.
With pork from Magness Farm, a small holding just outside Saffron Walden where the pigs are raised in the forest, to beautiful bread from Seven Seeded; arguably one of the best bakeries serving London, our chicken comes from Creedy Carver in Devon, and our cheese is sourced from Somerset favourites, Keens Cheddar and Montgomery Creamery.
When put together, this incredible produce creates explosive flavour combinations and bangin’ food, all served from our silver Hot Rocket Airstream!
